In 2026 we upgraded our donation system, and most recurring gifts now run through BetterWorld. The fastest way to find your gift is to check your most recent donation receipt email. The platform that sent it is where your gift lives, and that is where any changes should be made.
Your latest receipt came from BetterWorld: Manage your gift through your BetterWorld account. This applies to most donors, including everyone giving by credit card or bank transfer.
Your latest receipt came from Donorbox: Manage your gift through your Donorbox account. This mainly applies to supporters giving through PayPal.
Your latest receipt came from GoFundMe Pro (formerly Classy): Use the link in your receipt to manage your gift there.
Good to know: If you gave by card in the past, you may still see a paused plan in Donorbox. That is simply your old record from before the upgrade. Your active gift lives in BetterWorld, and any changes should be made there.
